Puberty is a natural part of life.
Yet, for some reason, we might feel uncomfortable talking about puberty and other “facts of life” and “growing up” topics with our young people.
Lori wants to change this in which she created “tools” to increase family and in-class communication about early sexual health topics, including puberty and adolescence. These tools include:

Podcast
The Puberty Prof Podcast -where information and tools are shared to help you have conversations about puberty and other growing up topics. Perfect for listening as a family, in a car, and anytime you have a few minutes.
Three years of episodes include solo shows, discussions with guests on specific pre-teen and teen topics, and interviews with people of all ages who not only survived their pre-teen and teen years, yet thrived.

TALK Puberty app
The TALK Puberty app includes over 150 questions on the topic of puberty and growing up. These questions help to initiate and strengthen conversations with children on these life topics in a fun and interactive manner! Recommended to be used with children ages 7 through 15, although people of all ages are welcome to explore this app and have interactive conversations about real life.
